By accessing or using the Halberg website at halberg.info ("the Website"), or by placing an order for Halberg products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Website or placing an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Website. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Website immediately.

Halberg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, with its revision date, is always accessible at this URL. Continued use of the Website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Halberg products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.

Ingredient profiles in Halberg supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

Product descriptions, ingredient information, and serving composition details on the Website are provided for informational purposes. The current product label is the authoritative source for serving composition and usage information. In the event of any discrepancy between Website copy and the product label, the product label takes precedence.

Orders placed through the Website or submitted via the contact form constitute an offer to purchase. Halberg reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when Halberg sends a written order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Prices displayed on the Website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may be updated without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless a subscription or deferred payment arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. Halberg does not receive or store payment card details.

Products are dispatched from the Jakarta facility, subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Halberg is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.

Each dispatched product is accompanied by a delivery note that includes the product lot number. This lot number corresponds to the archived batch record maintained by Halberg and can be used to request batch verification documentation.

Delivery is to the address provided at the time of ordering. Halberg is not responsible for non-delivery arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer.

Customers who receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to the order placed may request a replacement or refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the order reference number and, where applicable, a photograph of the issue.

Due to the nature of food-supplement products, Halberg does not accept returns of opened or used products except in cases of verified defect or non-conformity. Unopened products returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition may be accepted for a refund at Halberg's discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the refund approval. Return postage costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All content on the Website — including text, images, branding, formulation descriptions, and methodology documentation — is the intellectual property of Halberg and is protected by applicable Indonesian intellectual property law. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of Website content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent from Halberg.

The Halberg brand name, wordmark, and associated visual identity are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these materials in any form is prohibited.

Halberg makes no representations or warranties beyond those expressly stated on product labels and in documentation provided with each product. The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, Halberg's liability for any claim arising from purchase or use of its products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Halberg is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the Website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded, including liability for personal injury caused by proven defective product.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the purchase of Halberg products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
