Halberg was established in Jakarta with a single concern: that men's daily nutritional support should be formulated with the same rigour applied to any serious composition — measured, documented, and verifiable.
Where the work begins.
The Halberg studio occupies a facility in South Jakarta, where ingredient review, formulation calibration, and batch documentation are conducted under a single roof. The proximity of those functions to one another is not incidental — it reflects an understanding that formulation quality is inseparable from process continuity.
When the studio opened in 2021, men's nutritional supplement ranges in the Indonesian market were largely undifferentiated. Products shared ingredient lists but differed in almost nothing else — origin was undisclosed, verification was unconfirmed, and serving composition was often imprecise. Halberg was established as a response to that gap.
The approach has remained unchanged: a narrow range of carefully composed daily forms, each built around a fixed elemental profile, each batch independently verified before it enters stock. The goal is not breadth of offering but depth of confidence — for the person taking a capsule each morning, and for the studio producing it.
Three principles that do not change.
Narrow Range, Deep Confidence
The Halberg range is deliberately small. A limited number of formulations, each maintained at a consistent standard, is a more defensible position than a wide catalogue of untested variations. Every product that exists in the range has been verified before it was offered.
Documentation as Default
Every batch produced at the Halberg facility is assigned a lot number and an archived record that includes the certificate of composition from each ingredient supplier, the results of independent laboratory analysis, and the production date. That record is not a compliance afterthought — it is the first thing produced for each run.
Composition Over Claim
Halberg does not communicate through health claims. The elemental profile of each product speaks on its own terms: specific ingredients, specific quantities, independently verified. The person reading the label has access to the same information the studio holds.
A small team with a specific focus.
The Halberg team operates across formulation, sourcing, and documentation. The team is intentionally small — not as a constraint, but as a decision. Smaller teams produce fewer handoff errors, hold fewer undocumented assumptions, and maintain more consistent standards across production runs.
Formulation decisions are made in collaboration with qualified nutrition professionals whose backgrounds are in food science and nutritional composition. No formulation enters production until independent review has confirmed its ingredient ratios against current published nutritional guidance.
Sourcing is handled through direct relationships with a documented supplier list. Each supplier is assessed prior to first engagement and reviewed annually. The criteria: food-grade processing standards, supply-chain traceability, and the ability to provide a certificate of composition for every delivery.
Key milestones, documented.
Studio Established
The Halberg facility opened in South Jakarta. Initial supplier assessment and documentation protocols put in place. Formulation of the Foundation Complex began.
First Production Run
Lot 2101-A entered production. Independent batch verification completed. Foundation Complex registered with local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Initial stock released.
Zinc & Magnesium Stack Added
The targeted two-mineral formulation was added to the range following eighteen months of elemental ratio calibration. Lot record archive expanded to cover the second formulation line.
D3 & B-Complex Release
The paired vitamin formulation was introduced, completing the core Halberg range. Supplier documentation for D3 sourcing required six months of chain-of-custody review before production was authorised.
Documentation Archive Opened
Batch lot records made available to customers on request. The documentation archive — revision 04-B — covers all production runs from 2021 onwards. Requests handled within three business days.
Annual Supplier Review
All supplier relationships subject to annual review against current food-grade processing standards. The Energy & Stamina Complex formulation is under development, with projected introduction in the first half of 2025.
